Today was kind of rough!
I feel like I don't have any energy. I'm not sure if it's because of
the diet or because it was 102* here today but I was tired!
We had a cook-out with some friends tonight, and I
STRUGGLED!
I REALLY wanted to have a BIG hamburger with Doritos!
Then I remembered pinning this picture:
and I ate my 6 oz. of grilled chicken with some cauliflower.
I lost another 0.6lbs yesterday which helps keep me going!
