So, I'm almost through Day 1 and I'm feeling pretty good! I'm actually not having an issue with hunger at all and I like all the foods I've tried so far. I feel like I'm low on energy but I'm sure it'll be fine in a couple days.

I took all my measurements but I don't think I'm brave enough to post them yet.
Maybe once I start seeing some results I'll be less self-conscious about it.
