TSFL: RESULTS 1 Month

OK! It's time to weigh-in!
I've been on the Take Shape for Life plan for 1 month
{I'm seriously considering becoming a health coach there.
What do you think?}
and here are my results so far:
I've lost 16 pounds so far!
 
 
and I've lost 14 inches overall!
And this, my friends, is why I keep going
even when it's hard:
BECAUSE IT WORKS!
 
I'll be starting 5K training tomorrow
so stayed tuned for my couch-to-conqueror adventures!
