Today I started training for a 5K.
I have no idea what it takes to train for that so
I downloaded an app called C25K by Running Double.
Today was Day 1 so the app prompted me through a
1.86 mile run, with running and walking intervals.
I started out great, VERY pumped!
And then my body got mad at me.
My ears were ringing, my throat was burning, and my sinuses were itching.
But I kept going.
Every time it said "RUN!", I ran.
It wasn't always fast, but I did it.
Can I get a HALLELUJAH?!!
