Pumpkin Ice Cream Bread

Pumpkin Ice Cream Bread.
Yes, you read it correctly. You can make bread out of ice cream.

Can I get a hallelujah?!

You can do this with any kind of ice cream but 'tis the season for
This is the easiest way to get some pumpkin in your life.

It only takes a few ingredients.

And it's ready in about a 1/2 hour!

Popcorn Ball Favor Recipe & Printable

Since we did Candied Popcorn for Britany's baby shower,
we kept it going for guests as they left with these thank you gifts:
Decadent Popcorn Balls to go!

I got the recipe from MarthaStewart.com a while ago but it isn't here anymore.
So, this is how I do it:

I dropped them in a cellophane bag, tied each one with baker's twine, and attached a tag.

We put them in a big basket at the door for people to grab on their way out.

  The tag says,
"And though you Must Dash (mustache),
we're glad you came and hope
you had a ball. Thank you!"

I did 2: one with the words "must dash" and one without.
We couldn't decide which tag to use so I printed up equal amounts of both and we used them all.
 Party on, sweeties!

Candied Popcorn Recipe

Today I'd like to share a recipe we used at Britany's baby shower:
CANDIED POPCORN!
 It's ridiculously addicting!
Four of us put the shower together
and this recipe is from my friend Shenna (pictured far right).
She's an awesome mom, pianist, crafter, and baker.

Here's the recipe:

We used it in our edible centerpieces and as a pop of color in the hollow base of the drink dispenser.
Delicious + Decorative = SWEET!

Indoor Reese's S'mores

We recently discovered an AMAZING alternative to s'mores:
Reese's S'mores!
Everything is the same as traditional s'mores,
except we used the only chocolate we had on hand: Reese's PB Cups.

We also made them in the house using the gas burners on our stove.
SO STINKIN' FUN!!

This is how we do it:
All you need are graham crackers, marshmallows, and Reese's PB Cups.

I removed the grate from the burner before roasting the marshmallows over low heat.

The Boys loved the indoor option (no campfire smoke in the face!).

Unwrap a PB Cup and place on graham square.

Put roasted 'mallow on while still warm.

Top with another graham square.

DEVOUR!

Kit Kat Cookies

A while ago, I posted a recipe for Ice Cream Sandwiches.
My family LOVES this type of cookie and I recently
made up a new variation:
KIT KAT COOKIES!
These are quick, easy, and delicious!
You only need 4 ingredients:
- Devil's Food Cake mix
(I use "sugar free" to lessen the carbs but regular is fine.)
- Vegetable Oil
- Eggs and
- Kit Kat
This is how we do it:
They're perfect for a last-minute dessert, especially if you add ice cream
