Today I'm bringing you a
SUPER EASY but EYE CATCHING
idea for crazy/wacky hair day:
The Spider Web
Wacky hair day is always a HUGE hit for a celebration/spirit day at school.
I've even joined in the fun myself!
But I think it's harder for boys than girls.
We've done a lot of wacky hair days over the years:
half up/half down, flat on top/out on sides, slicked back/colored,
mascara stripes (last-minute!!), spikey lizard head, half up/half down/colored.
chunky fauxhawk, fauxhawk/sides out, fauxhawk/colored . . . all very time-consuming. . .
but there's only so much you can do with short hair!
My middle son wanted something totally unique this year.
So Dallin and I thought up this little number after digging through some boxes.
It was SO easy!
We started out by getting his hair wet and adding lots of gel.
We used a hair dryer and comb to make it stick out all over.
We covered it in hairspray and then added some strands of
fake spider web from our Halloween stash.
We nestled a few plastic spiders in the web and viola!
A fan-creepin-tastic 'do for your dude!
What's your go-to 'do?
I love this idea! You're such a fun mom!
