TSFL: Day 3

2 more pounds down, people!
That's right: 5 pounds in 2 days!!
I'm kinda diggin' my progress. =)

PREP NOTE: When making the Medifast soups,
do NOT try to "make it cook faster" by letting it boil.
You will lose half of your meal on the bottom of the microwave. :/
